Welcome to Taylor Moore Photo Store! By purchasing prints from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Product Information
Each photograph is printed on high-quality materials using archival inks for long-lasting beauty. Please note:
- Slight color variation may occur due to monitor settings.
- Sizing may vary slightly due to cropping and print format.
2. Ordering & Payment
- All orders are processed in US Dollars unless otherwise specified.
- Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
3. Shipping
- We ship worldwide from Germany.
- Shipping times vary by destination and range from 7–15 business days.
- Any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of photographic prints, all sales are final. However:
- If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement or store credit in such cases.
5. Intellectual Property
All images remain the intellectual property of Taylor Moore Photo/Taylor Moore Unipessoal LDA.
- Purchasing a print does not grant reproduction rights.
- No image may be copied, downloaded, or used without prior written permission.
